How do I get to the Cayman Islands?
The Cayman Islands are easily accessible with multiple direct flights from major U.S. cities, including New York, Charlotte, Miami, Dallas, and Atlanta, as well as connections from Canada, the UK, and other international hubs. Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) is located in George Town, Grand Cayman—just minutes away from Seven Mile Beach where the conference will take place.
Where should I stay?
Seven Mile Beach offers a wide range of accommodation options, from luxury resorts and boutique hotels to more budget-friendly stays. Conference attendees will receive a list of recommended hotels with special rates. Staying along Seven Mile Beach ensures easy access to both the event venues and Cayman’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment.
What will the weather be like?
In early February, Grand Cayman enjoys warm, tropical weather with average daytime highs around 80°F (27°C) and cooler evenings in the mid-70s (23–24°C). Humidity is lower this time of year, and it’s outside the rainy season—making it one of the most pleasant times to visit the Caribbean. Light clothing is recommended, along with a jacket or sweater for breezy evenings.
Do I need a visa to attend?
For most U.S., Canadian, and European passport holders, no visa is required for short stays in the Cayman Islands. Visitors simply need a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the travel date. Attendees from other regions should check entry requirements in advance.
